Geotrek launched in 2021 as a direct‑to‑consumer adventure van company entering a competitive and design‑forward market. As the brand scaled, we built their email program in parallel, growing it from the ground up alongside the business.
Starting with zero list and zero infrastructure, I developed and executed the full email marketing program — list growth strategy, opt‑in copy, lead magnets, and a model‑matching quiz that drove subscriber acquisition at a 4% conversion rate.
From there I built out the full lifecycle program: welcome flows, model‑specific nurture sequences, broadcast campaigns, and a re‑engagement campaign for lapsed contacts. I wrote all copy, designed, and implemented as we scaled from two to three emails per week.
When the brand migrated from Klaviyo to HubSpot, I managed the full transition, rebuilding automation and maintaining list health and engagement throughout.
